Trust is an essential component of any companies’ overarching success.

Partners and business connections must be able to trust that the company they are doing business with is a solid ally and good corporate citizen, and customers must be able to trust that an organization delivers on their promises, goods and services.

For the latter, software companies have trusted G2 as the go-to source for customers feedback on the web for 10 years. And EPAY is proud to have been named a high performer in so many categories for spring 2022.

G2 uses the unbiased feedback from its review community as well as a satisfaction score and information from online data sources and social networks to help assess software companies’ true strengths in many areas.

EPAY is proud of all the G2 badges we earned, but the one that we are most proud of is that “Users Love Us.”

The feeling is mutual.

Helping our customers meet their daily payrolltime and attendancehuman capital management, and workforce management goals is what we do best, and feeling that “love” makes us want to work even harder to continue earning that trust.

This quarter, EPAY received the following awards based on customer reviews, satisfaction scores and market presence:

  • Best Support
  • Easiest to Use
  • Best Usability
  • Easiest Setup
  • Most Implementable
  • Users Love Us

EPAY topped the charts as a Leader in the Time Tracking Software category, and was named a High Performer in five other HR software categories:
