With the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to remind everyone of the proper sanitization techniques for your EPAY Systems time clocks. According to the CDC, it may be possible that a person can contract COVID-19 by touching a surface that has the virus on it and then touch their mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes.
EPAY disinfects all hardware upon its arrival at our Rolling Meadows, IL headquarters before we ship clocks to your worksites. However, you'll also want to disinfect the time clocks that are currently in-use at your sites. We consulted with our component manufacturers and the recommended course of action is to clean the clock with a disinfectant wipe after each employee punches in and out.
For even more protection for your employees and community, you should encourage your employees to wash their hands with soap and water or apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before clocking in or out.
